Refund policy

We do accept return & exchange under 14 days after receiving your order. The only exception is for product that are personalized &/or on clearance. We do not accept returns or exchange for these products. The product must not have been used, otherwise we wont accept it's return.

PLEASE NOTE : For all RETURNS, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with return shipping. An administration fee of 15$ will also be applied. The shipping cost from the order is not refundable. If the customer has selected the "free shipping" option, the shipping cost we paid to ship the order will also be deducted from the refund. 

 

For all EXCHANGES, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with return shipping. The customer will also cover the shipping cost of the new shipment from us to them, which will be 14.99$ or more depending on where you're from, the size and the weight of the box. 

Of course, if the exchange is due on a mistake on our part or a damaged item, we will cover all the cost dont worry!

If your order is sent back to us because your adress was incorrect or the carrier wasnt able to deliver it because no one was there (in case of when a signature is required) or because you didnt go get your package at the post office/ point of service or for any other reason, once we get the package back, your order will be cancelled. The shipping fees that were charged to us for the return will be deducted from your refund and the shipping fees from the original order wont be refundable either.
